SINGAPORE — December 7, 2009 — RECOM Asia Pte. Ltd., has entered into a distribution agreement with Arrow Asia Pac Ltd. Under this agreement, Arrow Asia will stock products from RECOM's industry-leading ranges of AC/DC power supplies, DC/DC converters, the award winning R-78 switching regulator series and the constant current high power LED drivers. Application areas for these products include industrial controls, automation, medical, and lighting.

Arrow Asia will market these products in the Asia Pacific region of 12 countries including Australia, China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam. This agreement augments the already existing distributorship agreements in Germany and the U.S.

It allows RECOM Asia to leverage Arrow's extensive infrastructure to ensure that customers in the Asia Pacific region are more accessible for its products and solutions. Now, leading-edge power products are available anywhere in the shortest possible time.

RECOM Asia will continue to work with its network of regional distributors to enhance flexibility in the supply-chain and to provide its customers with superior product delivery and services.
