RECOM iPhone lottery – Rules of the lottery

1. Eligible are all completely filled out RECOM questionnaires.

2. All RECOM questionnaires have to be submitted no later than November, 1st, 2008.

4. All RECOM questionnaires must be returned with complete contact details of the participator (i.e. business card, E-mail signature).

5. Each participator is entitled to only win one iPhone, regardless of how many RECOM questionnaires are being handed in by one person.

6. The lucky draw of three iPhones will be held during the electronica 2008 in Munich, on November, 12th, 2008 during the RECOM Tropical Power Night event.

7. All three winners will be informed via E-mail the day after the lucky draw. The iPhones will be either handed to the winner(s) at the electronica or will be sent via UPS ground within...xy days after the drawing.

8. The three iPhones are unlocked i.e. they will be handed out without any phone company contract commitment (only hardware is subject of the prize). Each winner has to check local conditions (provider, prices, duration of contract, terms) independently.

9. No recourse to legal action is permitted.

10. These "Rules of lottery" shall be governed by German law only. Germany shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
