MELVILLE, NEW YORK — September 8, 2009 — The North American Components business of Arrow Electronics, Inc. (NYSE: ARW) and RECOM POWER today announced they have entered into a distribution agreement to provide original equipment and contract manufacturers with products focused on lighting, industrial controls and medical applications. The agreement enables Arrow Electronics to distribute RECOM's products in North and South America.
