What are the maximum capacitive loads recommended for the RPP30 and RPP20 converters?

For low ripple/noise, 1µF MLCC is recommended fitted as close to the output pins as possible.

There is no practical limit for the main output capacitor, but to be safe, anything up to 0.1F is ok. If the tracks or wires leading from the converter output to the bulk capacitor are long, then a 1R resistor in series with the capacitor is recommended to dampen any oscillation.
